Our Gender Equality Plan (GEP) is a formal policy, spearheaded by our leadership, that sets out how we embed gender equality in our work.

Dedicated Resources
Our leadership takes direct responsibility for ensuring the GEP is implemented and sustained. Senior management allocates time, budget, and where necessary, external expertise to support training, data monitoring, and the achievement of gender equality objectives.
This commitment ensures accountability and embeds gender equality into our organizational decision-making.

We collect and review sex- and gender-disaggregated staff data annually to track progress and ensure accountability.
